PaniniFS aims at a semantic filesystem where meaning comes first.

• Focus on the linguistics+computing axis (the “what”) before implementation details (the “how”).
• “Docs as code”, bilingual FR/EN, synchronized page by page.
• Prefer external references for standard concepts (do not reinvent wheels).
